【2026年11月1日】JSAF-IELTS受験規則改定｜受験生の皆さまに関わる重要な変更点のご案内/Important Updates for Test Takers Effective November 1, 2026
JSAF-IELTS（IELTS公式テストセンター JP112）では、IDP:IELTS Australia が定める「IELTS Terms and Conditions」（2026年6月版）との整合を図るため、2026年11月1日付でJSAF-IELTS受験規則を改定いたします。
受験者の皆様に特に関わりの深い変更点は、以下のとおりです。このご案内は主な変更点の要約であり、受験に際しては、必ず改定後の「JSAF-IELTS受験規則」全文をご確認ください。
１．受験日の変更（重要な変更）
試験日の変更の期限と手数料が、以下のとおり変わります。

※会場またはモジュール（アカデミック⇔ジェネラル・トレーニング）のみの変更（受験日を変更しない場合）は、受験日の5日前の正午まで、空席状況に応じて無料で承ります。会場の変更はJSAF-IELTSが運営する会場の間に限ります。
※IELTS on Computer と One Skill Retake は別個の試験であり、相互の変更はできません（キャンセルのうえ新規にお申し込みいただきます）。
２．受験のキャンセル（重要な変更）

※1円未満の端数は切り捨てます。期限の基準日は、いずれも3技能（リスニング・リーディング・ライティング）テストの実施日です。
４．適用関係（経過措置）
2026年10月31日までにお申し込みいただいたテストには現行規定（5日前正午・変更またはキャンセル手数料6,050円）が、2026年11月1日以降にお申し込みいただくテストには改定後規定が適用されます。
５．遅刻・交通機関の遅延時の取り扱い（重要な変更）
受付終了時間までに受付に到着されなかった場合は遅刻となり、受験できません。公共交通機関の遅延（遅れ・運休等を含む）を理由とする振替受験・受験料の返金等は一切お受けしておりません。従来の遅延証明書のご提出による振替措置は廃止されます。テスト当日は、時間に余裕を持って会場受付までお越しください。
なお、災害・悪天候等により公共交通機関が機能せず、テスト会場へ来ることが明らかに困難であった場合に限り、下記６．の特別考慮の申請により、受験料の返金の対象となることがあります。
６．特別考慮（Special Consideration）制度の新設
次のいずれかに該当する場合は、受験日の翌々日の23時59分までに所定の申請フォームからお申し込みいただくことにより、審査のうえ、受験料の返金が認められることがあります（テスト日の振替は行いません）。
- 試験当日の重篤な症状により受験ができなかった場合（診断書の提出が必要です）
- 三親等以内のご親族が亡くなられ、テスト当日に葬儀・通夜に出席される場合（会葬礼状等の提出が必要です）
- 災害・悪天候等により公共交通機関が機能せず、テスト会場へ来ることが明らかに困難であった場合（遅延証明書等の添付が必要です）
※期限を過ぎた申請は、入院その他やむを得ない事情がある場合を除き、受け付けておりません。
７．テスト結果・成績証明書に関する変更
テスト結果は、通常、テスト後1～5日でマイアカウント上で閲覧でき、電子成績証明書（eTRF）をダウンロード・印刷いただけます。本人保管用の紙の成績証明書（TRF）が必要な場合は、テスト実施後1週間以内にJSAF-IELTSへお申し出ください（期限を過ぎた場合は発行できません）。
追加成績証明書は、テスト実施日から4週間以内の申請は5通まで無料で郵送いたします。4週間経過後の申請または6通目以降は、1通につき手数料1,200円（税込）を申し受けます。出願先が電子送付に対応している場合は、マイアカウントからご自身でお手続きいただけます。
８．その他の主な変更
・お支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります（コンビニエンスストアでのお支払いは廃止されます）。
・テスト当日の本人確認は、スマートフォンによる写真撮影とパスポートの確認により行います（指紋認証は廃止されました）。セキュリティ等の目的で、会場内ではビデオ録画を行います（テスト後60日間保有）。
・テスト結果を受け取るためには、One Skill Retake の場合を除き、4技能すべてを受験し、解答を試みる必要があります。
・再採点（EOR）は、IELTSテスト1回につき1回に限り申請でき、再採点費は申請する技能数にかかわらず15,000円（税込）です。結果は、最短で申請当日、最長で申請確認メールの日から21日以内に通知されます。再採点の結果バンドスコアが上がった場合は、再採点費を全額返金いたします。
・特別措置受験（点字・拡大文字・時間延長等）をご希望の場合は、できる限り早めに、遅くとも希望テスト日の6週間前までにご相談ください（点字・拡大文字等の特別なテストペーパーを使用する場合は3カ月前までにお知らせください）。元のテストで承認された特別措置は One Skill Retake には自動的には引き継がれませんので、One Skill Retake の申込時に改めてご申請ください。
・受験後に、決済事業者に対して受験料等の支払の取消し（チャージバック）を求めることは禁止されます。

Notice of Revision to the JSAF-IELTS Test Regulations
― Key Changes for Test Takers, Effective 1 November 2026 ―
JSAF-IELTS (IELTS Official Test Centre JP112) will revise the JSAF-IELTS Test Regulations effective 1 November 2026, in order to align them with the IELTS Terms and Conditions (June 2026 version) established by IDP: IELTS Australia.
The changes most relevant to test takers are summarised below. This notice is a summary of the main changes only. Before taking the test, please be sure to read the full text of the revised JSAF-IELTS Test Regulations.
1. Test Date Transfers (Important Change)
The deadlines and fees for transferring your test date will change as follows.

*Changes of venue or module only (Academic ⇔ General Training, without changing the test date) are accepted free of charge until 12:00 noon, 5 days before the test date, subject to availability. Venue changes are limited to venues operated by JSAF-IELTS.
*IELTS on Computer and One Skill Retake are separate products and bookings cannot be transferred between them (you will need to cancel and make a new booking).
2. Cancellations (Important Change)

*Fractions of less than one yen are rounded down. In all cases, deadlines are counted from the date of the three-skills (Listening, Reading and Writing) test.
4. Which Rules Apply (Transitional Measures)
The current rules (12:00 noon, 5 days before the test date; fee JPY 6,050) apply to tests booked on or before 31 October 2026. The revised rules apply to tests booked on or after 1 November 2026.
5. Late Arrival and Public Transport Delays (Important Change)
If you do not arrive at reception by the close of check-in, you will be regarded as late and will not be able to take the test. No transfer or refund will be made on the grounds of public transport delays (including delays and suspensions). The previous arrangement, under which a transfer could be offered upon submission of a delay certificate, will be discontinued. Please arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare on the test day.
However, only where public transport is not functioning due to a disaster, severe weather or similar circumstances and it is clearly impossible for you to reach the test venue, you may be eligible for a refund of the test fee by applying for Special Consideration as described in section 6 below.
6. Introduction of Special Consideration
If any of the following applies to you, you may apply via the designated application form by 23:59 two days after the test date. Following a review, a refund of the test fee may be granted (no transfer to another test date will be offered).
・You were unable to take the test due to a serious medical condition on the test day (a medical certificate is required)
・A family member within the third degree of kinship passed away, and you attend the funeral or wake on the test day (supporting documents such as a funeral notice are required)
・Public transport was not functioning due to a disaster, severe weather or similar circumstances, making it clearly impossible for you to reach the test venue (a delay certificate or other supporting documents must be attached)
*Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted, except where unavoidable circumstances such as hospitalisation apply.
7. Test Results and Test Report Forms
Test results can usually be viewed in your account 1 to 5 days after the test, and an electronic Test Report Form (eTRF) can be downloaded and printed. If you require a paper Test Report Form (TRF) for your own records, please contact JSAF-IELTS within one week of the test date (a paper TRF cannot be issued after this deadline).
Additional TRFs are sent by post free of charge for up to five copies within four weeks of the test date. After four weeks, or from the sixth copy onwards, a fee of JPY 1,200 (tax included) applies per copy. Where the receiving organisation accepts electronic delivery, you can arrange delivery yourself from your account.
8. Other Main Changes
・Payment will be accepted by credit card only (payment at convenience stores has been discontinued).
・Identity verification on the test day will be carried out by smartphone photography and passport check (fingerprint verification has been discontinued). For security and related purposes, video recording takes place at the venue on the test day (footage is retained for 60 days after the test).
・To receive a test result, you must attend and attempt all four skills, except in the case of One Skill Retake.
・An Enquiry on Results (EOR, re-mark) may be requested only once per IELTS test. The EOR fee is JPY 15,000 (tax included) regardless of the number of skills requested. The outcome will be available at the earliest on the day of application and no later than 21 days from the date of the Order Confirmation email. If your band score goes up as a result of the re-mark, the EOR fee will be refunded in full.
・If you require access arrangements (Braille, enlarged print, extra time, etc.), please contact us as early as possible and no later than six weeks before your preferred test date (where modified test papers such as Braille or enlarged print are required, please notify us at least four months in advance). Access arrangements approved for an original test do not automatically carry over to a One Skill Retake; please apply again when booking your One Skill Retake.
・After taking the test, you may not request a chargeback or otherwise seek to reverse payment of the test fee or other charges through your payment provider.
