【成績開示および各種申請期限】年末年始休業に伴う重要なお知らせ/ Important Notice for New Year Holidays

JSAF IELTSは、2025年12月27日（土）～2026年1月4日（日）まで年末年始のため休業いたします。休み明けは2026年1月5日（月）より業務を再開いたします。
受験生の皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。
なお、12月27日（土）IELTSペーパー版につきましては、スケジュール通り実施されます。

 

＜成績開示について＞

12月20日（土）IELTSペーパー版の成績は、2026年1月5日（月）に順次開示・発送となります。SMSによる暫定結果の通知はございませんので、ご了承ください。

12月27日（土）IELTSペーパー版の成績は、13日後の2026年1月9日（金）に開示・発送されます。

IELTSコンピューター版の成績に関しては、通常通り1～5日で開示予定です。

＜各種申請について＞

追加成績証明書・再採点

追加成績証明書および再採点申請の年内最終受付は、12月18日（木）正午12:00PM（必着）とさせていただきます。最終受付以降にご提出の申請フォームは年明け2026年1月5日（月）以降に順次対応いたします。
※年末年始は例年多くの申請をいただくため、手続き完了まで通常より時間がかかる場合がございます。締切には必ず余裕を持って申請してください。

試験のキャンセル・変更

一部日程のキャンセル・変更の申請期限が通常と異なりますので、ご注意ください。

・IELTSペーパー版：12月27日（土）　　

　　　→キャンセル・変更申請期限：12月19日（金）3:00PM

・IELTSコンピューター版：2026年1月6日（火）～1月9日（金）　

　　　→キャンセル・変更申請期限：12月24日（水）3:00PM

その他の日程はJSAF IELTSキャンセル・変更規定に準じます。

JSAF IELTS official test centre will be closed from Saturday 27th December 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026 for New Year holidays. Normal business hours will be resumed on Monday 5th January 2026.

＜Results＞

Results for IELTS on Paper test on 20/12/2025 will be released on 05/01/2026. Results for other test dates including IELTS on Computer test will be released as scheduled. 

＜Request Form＞

The deadline for the submission of the request form (Additional TRFs and EOR) is 12:00PM on 18/12/2025. Please note that any request forms received after this will be handled after 05/01/2026. Cancellation and change of test date request forms for IELTS on Paper on 27/12/2025 should be submitted by 3:00PM on 19/12/2025, and for IELS on Computer tests between 06/01/2026 and 09/01/2026 by 3:00PM on 24/12/2025.
