【重要】IELTSチャイルド・プロテクション・ポリシーについて

JSAF-IELTSではIELTSチャイルド・プロテクション・ポリシーに基づきIELTSテストを運営します。18歳未満の受験者は、未成年者として以下の書類の提出がないとテストを受験することができません。当日はテストセンターが付添人を手配します。

  • IELTSペーパー版の場合
    試験当日に持参し、受付にて提出
  • IELTSコンピューター版の場合
    マイアカウント内でアップロード（【My Test】→試験日を選択→【Upload the consent form】）のうえ、当日に持参

注意事項

  • 同意書は該当者全員にメールで送付いたしますので、内容を確認のうえ、必ず試験当日にご持参ください。
  • 同意書は受験者本人および保護者がご記入ください。
  • 記入例は上記【見本（和訳）】をご覧ください。※こちらはあくまで記入例です。
  • 当日はテストセンターが付添人を手配します。手配の都合上、スピーキングテスト時間に変更が発生する場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。また、ビデオコールスピーキングテストにてスピーキングテストを実施する場合もございます。

ビデオコールスピーキングテストについて

  • 資格を持つ専門の試験官が、ビデオコールシステムを通じて、リアルタイムに、双方向の対話形式でスピーキングテストを行います
  • 従来の対面式の面接官とのスピーキングテストと同様の試験内容・質問形式・採点基準・時間配分・セキュリティーチェックで行われます

ビデオコールスピーキングテストの実施方法

  • テストセンターのスタッフが、スピーキングテストの部屋にご案内し、ID（パスポート）の確認をします
  • 着席後、画面の調整と音声チェックをテストセンターのスタッフが一緒に行います。チェックが出来て、準備が出来たらスタッフは部屋の外に出ます
  • 別の部屋にいる試験官と高品質のビデオコールシステムを通じて、通常のスピーキングテスト同様の流れで試験を受けていただけます
  • 安定したネット環境のため、画像の乱れもなく、音質も良く、試験官と同じ部屋で会話しているのと変わらない対話が可能です
  • スピーキングテストのPart 2では、手元にある筆記用具を使って、メモを取れます。＊Part 2以外では筆記用具の使用は禁じられています

IELTSチャイルド・プロテクション・ポリシーについて

IELTSは、子どもの保護にはすべての人が責任を持ち、すべての子どもが重要であると考えています。私たちは、子どもたちのケア、保護、福祉が最も重要であり、すべての子どもたちがあらゆる種類の危害や虐待から保護される権利があることを認識しています。これには、あらゆる危害やリスクから子どもを保護する責任が含まれます。

私たちは、適用されるすべての法律を遵守し、国連子どもの権利条約（UNCRC）1989年の第19条を遵守することで、これを達成することを目指しています。

子どもとは、18歳の誕生日を迎えていない人（UNCRC 1989）と定義され、子どもがいる国や自国の成人年齢には関係ありません。

IELTSテストの管理、認知、運営に関して、IELTSは以下のことを約束します。

  • 子どもを大切にし、尊重し、子どもの声に耳を傾けること
  • スタッフを採用する際には、必要なチェックを確実に行うこと
  • スタッフのための強力な児童保護システムと手順を維持すること
  • スタッフのトレーニングを行い、子どもの保護に関する問題について共通の理解を得て、計画や実践に役立てること
  • 子どものデータ保護の権利を守ること
  • 懸念事項に関する情報を関連機関と共有し、親と子が適切に関与すること
  • 明確なプロセス、監督、支援を通じて、スタッフを効果的に管理すること

私たちはこのポリシーを実施するために、適切なリソースを提供し、このポリシーが周知され、理解されるようにします。このグローバル・ポリシー・ステートメントは、法律や規制の新たな見直しを反映して、しっかり実践していくために、毎年見直しを行います。

【Important】IELTS Child Protection Policy

Consent Form for Minors

A minor test taker who is under 18 years old is required to complete and submit “Consent Form for Minors” at JSAF IELTS test centre on the test day. The test centre will provide a chaperone.

If this applies to you, you will receive an email from JSAF IELTS test centre.

Notice

  • Your Speaking test time is subject to change depending on the availablity of chaperones.
  • The Speaking test may be delivered via a video call.

What is Video Call Speaking test?

Test takers will take the Speaking test at test centre with the same high standard of identity verification. The test will be delivered via a video call by an IELTS Speaking examiner, enabling a real-life, real-time, two-way interaction. The Video-call Speaking test will be exactly the same as the in-person Speaking test in terms of content, scoring, timing, question format and security arrangements.

IELTS Child Protection Policy

IELTS believes that child protection requires everyone to take responsibility and that every child matters. We recognise that the care, protection and welfare of children are paramount and that all children have the right to be protected from all types of harm or abuse. This includes a responsibility to protect children from any harm or risk.

We aim to achieve this through compliance with all applicable laws and by adhering to Article 19 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) 1989.

A child is defined as anyone who has not reached their 18th birthday (UNCRC 1989) irrespective of the age of majority in the country where the child is, or in their home country.

In relation to the management, recognition and administration of the IELTS test, IELTS is committed to:

  • valuing, respecting and listening to children
  • ensuring all necessary checks are made when recruiting staff
  • maintaining strong child protection systems and procedures for staff
  • training its staff and providing a common understanding of child protection issues to inform planning and practice
  • protecting the data protection rights of children
  • sharing information about any concerns with the relevant agencies and involving parents and children appropriately
  • providing effective management for staff through clear processes, supervision and support.

We will provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement this policy and will ensure it is communicated and understood. IELTS will review this global policy statement annually to reflect new legal and regulatory developments and ensure good practice.
