12月16日（土）実施のIELTSペーパー版の成績につきましては、13日後の12月29日（金）に開示・発送予定です。なお、休業に伴い、郵送での到着は年明けになる見込みですので、予めご承知おきいただきますようお願いいたします。また、テストセンターでの直接受取りは2024年1月5日（金）以降のご案内となります。

＜追加成績証明書および再採点（EOR）＞
年内申請最終受付は12月22日（金）午後5時（必着）といたします。それ以降に申請いただいた分は、年明け2024年1月5日（金）以降に順次手続きを行います。ご希望の方は、時間に余裕をもって申請手続きを進めていただきますようお願いいたします。

＜日程/モジュール変更/キャンセル＞
2024年1月6日～1月11日の期間で予約済みの試験日程・モジュール変更またはキャンセルを希望する場合、年末年始の休業を挟むため、申請期日は、2023年12月26日（火）正午までといたします（日程・モジュール変更の場合は、変更手数料6,050円の振り込みまで）。なお、残席状況によっては、希望の日程に変更ができない可能性がありますのでお早めにご相談ください。
上記試験期間以外の試験日程・モジュール変更またはキャンセルを希望する場合も、年内申請最終受付は2023年12月26日（火）正午までといたします。それ以降に申請いただいた分は、年明け2024年1月5日（金）以降に順次手続きを行います。

Please be informed that results of IELTS on paper on 16th December will be released and sent out by post on 29th December. 

<Additional Test Report Form and Enquiry on Results（EOR）>
If you would like to apply for a remark (EOR) or request additional test report form to be sent to any institutions, please submit the request form by 5pm, 22nd December. Any requests received after this will be processed after 5th January 2024.

<Cancellation/Test day or module transfer>
If you would like to defer the test date or cancel your tests booked from 6th January to 11th January 2024, you must submit the cancellation/test day transfer form by 12pm, 26th December. For test day and module transfer, administrative fee of 6,050 JPY will be charged. Transfer dates will be subject to availability.
