平素より、JSAF IELTSをご活用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

さて、令和5年3月13日以降のマスク着用に関して、厚生労働省より、「個人の主体的な選択を尊重し、着用は個人の判断に委ねることになります。」と通達がありましたが、IELTS試験は一か所に多数の受験生が集合する場であることから、混乱を避けるため、JSAF IELTSでは引き続き下記対応を行なってまいりますので、改めてご案内いたします。 

＜JSAF IELTS受験生へのお願い＞
・感染予防のため、受験生の皆さまには各自マスクをお持ちいただき、原則マスク着用をお願いいたします。
・非接触式体温計での体温チェックを行いますので、ご協力お願いいたします。
・マスクを外している間は、会話はお控えいただきますようお願いいたします。
・スピーキングテストなど、会話が必要な場合は、原則マスクの着用をお願いいたします。
・テスト当日は、手洗いや消毒液の使用などご自身の衛生管理にご協力いただくようよろしくお願いいたします。
・コロナウィルス感染予防対策の為、定期的に換気をいたします。温度調整のしやすい服装でご来場ください。

＜JSAF IELTSの対応＞
・スタッフ/試験監督官/面接官のマスク着用
・試験の間では換気のため窓・扉の解放
・各試験会場での消毒液の設置

According to the announcement of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, mask use will largely depend on personal choice after 13^th March 2023.

However, the IELTS test is held in a place where many candidates gather in one place, JSAF IELTS will continue to take the following measures in order to avoid confusion and the spread of COVID 19.

・At registration, we will conduct temperature check with a Non-Contact thermometer
・Please follow basic hygiene practices such as using hand-sanitiser provided on test day
・Please bring a face mask that covers your mouth and nose, and wear this during your test, especially during the speaking test.
・Please do not talk to other candidates while you take your face mask off.
・We will open the window (between each component of written test or each speaking test) for ventilation in order to prevent infection.
