年末年始休業に伴う重要なお知らせ / Important notice for New Year Holidays

JSAF-IELTSは、2019年12月28日(土)～2020年1月5日(日) まで休業となります。年明け、1月6日(月)10：00より業務を再開致します。

年末年始のお休みに伴い、追加成績証明書・再採点の申請は12月24日（火）17時まで（必着）にJSAF-IELTSに申請書をご提出いただいたものを最終受付とさせていただきます。それ以降に届いたものは、年明け1月6日（月）以降に順次お手続きを行います。皆さまにはお手数ですが余裕を持って、追加成績証明書及び再採点の申請手続きを進めていただくようお願いいたします。

尚、12月14日分(IELTSペーパー版)の追加成績証明書につきましては、年明け1月6日以降のお手続きとなりますので予めご了承ください。年内の「IELTSコンピューター版」は申請締切日までにご提出いただければ、年内でのお手続きとなります。

Please note: Our office will be closed from Saturday, December 28th, through Sunday, January 5th for New Year Holidays. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 6th.

If you would like to apply for EOR (Enquiry on Results) or request additional TRFs, please submit the form no later than December 24^th (Tue) 5:00pm. For the forms received after December 24^th (Tue) 5:00pm, we will process after January 6^th in order. Please submit the form for EOR or additional TRFs in advance, so that we could get contact with you before the holidays.

For additional TRFs for December 14^th (Paper-delivered IELTS), we will be able to issue after the holidays.
